形態特徵

• Terrestrial herbs. Stems ascending from short creeping base, often with 4-5 leaves.
• Leaves ovatelanceolate, 3-4 cm long, 1.3-1.8 cm wide, apex acute, obtuse or rounded at base, wavy at margins, dark green with special shining luster on upper side, veins fine and inconspicuous; petiole 1-1.5 cm long.
• Peduncle hairy, 3-10 cm long, with 2-3 bract-like glabrous sheaths below; rachis 2-9 cm long, loosely 3- 10-flowered; floral bracts glabrous, red-brown. Flowers often not fully resupinate, with lip in varied position, glabrous; sepals dark greenish brown, ovate, 4.5-5 mm long, dorsal one erect, concave, lateral ones widely spreading; petals white, dimidiate obovate, 4.5-5 mm long; lip 3.5-4 mm long, conicalovoid, attenuate toward apex, saccate at base, with 2 hook-like papillae inside, trilobed at apex, lateral lobes involute, with fleshy and hairy margins, middle lobe ovate; column 3 mm long, sub-erect, with low ridge transversely elevated in front; anther 2-celled, 1.7 mm long; pollinia 1 mm long; stigma 2, on lateral sides of column; rostellum ca. 2 mm long, tegula 1.7 mm long; viscidium ovate-elliptic, 0.7 mm long.

• 台灣 : in broadleaved forests at low elevations.
• 世界 : Ryukyus.
